Handmade with an open laboratory!

La casa del tortellino was born on 26 September 2016 as a small laboratory of handmade fresh pasta, rolled exclusively with a rolling pin, inside the courtyard of a private house. Hence the name Casa del tortellino.

In October 2021 the tortellino house becomes bigger and offers a truly complete service for our customers in the area and something special for those who come from far away.

We offer the possibility of having tasty breakfasts and aperitifs at our bar or stopping for lunch with the traditional Bolognese menu, enjoying what our fresh pasta laboratory produces, biscuits and artisanal desserts following the recipes of the Emilia-Romagna tradition and the precious advice of grandmothers.

Our laboratory is visible and you can see the puff pastries at work while sitting at the table for breakfast or lunch.
